Terms of Service
Effective August 16, 2026
These terms govern use of artistsiteco.com. Website projects, payment plans, managed care, and optional content services are also governed by the proposal, order, or service agreement accepted for that engagement. If those documents conflict with these general website terms, the engagement-specific agreement controls.
Website information and inquiries
Website content and published package pricing are general information and may change. Submitting an inquiry or joining the newsletter does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to begin a project. Scope, deliverables, price, timing, revisions, third-party costs, payment schedule, and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork facts, prices, availability, images, biography, brand materials, shipping information, domain access, business-policy decisions, and timely feedback. Customers must have permission to use all content they supply and remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of their offers.
Payments, timing, and revisions
Payment schedules, deposits, installment terms, launch milestones, included revisions, and work outside scope are stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. Project schedules depend on timely access, source material, decisions, and feedback. Published installment examples are not financing offers and do not replace the accepted agreement.
Ownership and third-party services
Customers retain ownership of content they supply. Rights to project deliverables are described in the applicable agreement and may depend on full payment. WordPress, WooCommerce, fonts, plugins, stock assets, payment processors, email providers, and other third-party products remain subject to their respective licenses, fees, availability, and terms.
Managed care and content services
Artist Care and Commerce Care include only the technical hosting, maintenance, monitoring, and support stated in the selected plan. Growth Partnership adds the completed website and marketing outputs stated in its agreement. Content-production options are defined by deliverables, such as a stated number of artwork entries, emails, articles, or page refreshes. They are not an open-ended pool of labor. Unused monthly deliverables do not roll over unless the applicable agreement says otherwise. New features, major redesigns, campaigns, and work beyond the defined outcome are separate services.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, or infringe another person’s rights.
No guaranteed results
Artist Site Co. does not guarantee search rankings, sales, audience growth, platform availability, or uninterrupted operation. Services are provided with professional care, but outcomes depend on factors outside the website.
Liability and changes
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Artist Site Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Terms for an active engagement will change only as allowed by its agreement.
