Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective August 16, 2026

Artist Site Co. provides professional services that reserve production capacity and may require non-recoverable third-party purchases. The accepted proposal, order, or service agreement states the specific cancellation and refund terms for an engagement. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

Before work begins

If you need to cancel before onboarding or scheduled work begins, contact us promptly. Any refund will be determined under the accepted agreement and may exclude payment-processing fees or non-recoverable third-party costs where permitted by law.

Deposits and completed work

Deposits reserve production capacity. Once onboarding or work begins, amounts paid may be applied to completed deliverables, production already performed, reserved capacity, and non-recoverable costs. Any remaining refund or balance due will be calculated under the accepted agreement and applicable law.

Installment plans

Stopping an installment plan does not automatically cancel amounts owed for completed work or other commitments in the accepted agreement. The total price, payment dates, included managed care, and consequences of missed payments are provided before purchase.

Managed care and monthly deliverables

Cancellation timing, minimum terms, renewal periods, notice requirements, final billing, and website offboarding are stated in the applicable agreement. Partial billing periods and unused monthly content deliverables are not refunded or carried forward unless the agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.

Third-party purchases

Domain registrations, premium software, payment fees, advertising, email services, and other third-party purchases may be non-refundable after they are ordered or activated.

Requesting cancellation

Submit a cancellation request through the Contact page and include the name and email used for the project. We will acknowledge the request and explain the applicable next steps, final balance, refund, and offboarding process.
